*Position : RedHat Linux Systems Administrator*

*Location : Las Vegas , NV*

*Duration : 6+ Months *

*Implement partner: **Solugenix*

*Rate: D.O.E*


This position is for a Senior level Linux Administrator that will work
solely to provide engineering support for both physical and virtual
RHEL/Debian servers. Remote work is not available and there will be no
travel required. Candidate must be able to provide advanced expertise in
Linux troubleshooting, Scripting, Ansible Automation, Web/Database
Administration, Change Management, and Firewalls

*Duties/Responsibilities (may include, but not limited to):*

   - Active Directory and Infoblox aide for NOC engineers
   - Maintenance and creation of RedHat and Ubuntu golden images for
   deployment within VMware
   - Maintenance, hosting, and engineering of Corporate and Casino property
   websites
   - Management of VMware virtual machines
   - Server patching automation and bulk upgrades across 100+ Linux servers
   - MySQL Enterprise 5.7 maintenance and high availability replication
   setup
   - RedHat subscription management and errata patching
   - Support for IBM Netezza appliance
   - Maintenance of MicroStrategy servers
   - SSL security and cipher remediation
   - Generation of SSL certificates for Dev, UAT, and Production
   environments

*Requirements:*

·         At least 5 years of Linux Administration experience, specifically
working with RHEL and Debian (however others will be considered)

·         Experience in the following areas:

·         LAMP Stack – Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP

·         Ansible

·         VMware

·         MySQL

·         GlusterFS

·         Java

·         Git or Azure Repos

·         Postfix

·         Scripting and building virtual & physical servers

·         Able to handle logical volume management (LVM)

·         Works effectively with silo departments for a common goal

·         Highly proficient in networking vlans and hardware troubleshooting

·         Willing to undergo background check and gaming license
requirements

·         Would like someone that lives locally to the Las Vegas, NV area

·         Reliable transportation for a 40/hr work week



*Preferred Skills:*

   - Bachelor's degree or similar discipline. Will consider established
   work experience in lieu of education.
   - Any relevant IT Certifications
   - Experience working at a senior level
   - Experience providing technical consulting to major corporations
   - Experience in the following areas:
   - InfoBlox


   - F5 Big-IP


   - Active Directory


   - CyberArk


   - Microstrategy


   - IBM Netezza


   - ServiceNow


   - Intermediate to Advanced proficiency in Monitoring Tools and Storage
   Technologies (NFS, VSAN, etc.)


   - Previous experience working for a gaming and hospitality company
   - Currently has Nevada Gaming License (or willing to obtain one)

   - Git: 2 years (Preferred)
   - Java: 1 year (Required)
   - MySQL: 3 years (Required)
   - Postfix: 3 years (Preferred)
