when a TRANSIENT guest property is deleted, it becomes permanent after vm is shutdown. kind of weird. If don't call delete (i.e., set value to NULL), then it won't save to the xml file when vm is powered off. This is what I tried to do, host sets a transient property, the guest waits for it, when received, do something, then tries to delete the property.
