Please remove ticket 11778 and re-open ticket 11829. You found a project in Google Code Hosting named wesnoth-contribcommunity which contains all committers from the Oracle Contributor Agreement. That's interesting because all of the GNU TeXmacs and GNU FreeFont developers are not listed! The folder is core (1.10.5).
