Hi, VirtualBox GUI since 4.2.14 release can not properly detect the amount of physical and available memory, because it simply does not have FreeBSD-specific method for that. Attached patch adds an implementation of RTSystemQueryTotalRam and RTSystemQueryAvailableRam functions for FreeBSD and fix the issue. The patch is against trunk and published under MIT license.
