branch to update synchronously and, if possible, know when things change?

Thank you, I have updated the manual and enabled it for future 4.3
releases (I changed the release log entry to remove the "release
candidate" text).
Not sure how best to proceed with manual updates for 4.3 point releases,
since the back-ports to 4.3 are not publicly visible. The easiest
solution may be to make the current translation the final one for 4.3
(generally the manual doesn't get updated much after the initial release
anyway) and keep on updating the manual in the development branch which
should become 4.4 at some point.
