Hi,
I have not do anything with VBox.
Just download -> install -> import my ova file -> run command 'VBoxManage.exe list vms'.
The steps are the same with VBox 4.2.16. But in 4.2.16, it's work very well.
It's a confusing issue.

looks to me like the VBoxSVC service crashes for some reason. That command
works fine here on Windows with VBox 4.3.12 so I wonder if you have some
special setup.
