Strange. Bridged driver already does all this (including DHCP support, etc) for wireless interfaces (search for "shared" in src/VBox/Devices/Network/SrvIntNetR0.cpp). The code uses SIOCGIWNAME to detect wireless interfaces for which shared mac mode is turned on.
