Coming from a forum discussion (https://forums.virtualbox.org/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=81676) the question was raised about older releases of VirtualBox, in order to get it installed in a RHEL3 guest. The http://download.virtualbox.org/virtualbox/ goes back to 4.0.0, which I highly doubt that is going to be working on a RHEL3.
