I installed VBox 6.0.0 RC1 r127378 this past weekend. Installing the Guest Additions in a Win7 VM did not work when using Run as Administrator from Safe Mode. The installation continued to prompt me that admin mode was required. Once I logged in as an admin and tried again, it worked fine.
I don't recall any 5.x version behaving this way, so this behavior seemed odd to me. Tom
