just tried VirtualBox-6.1.97-138290 on MacOS,

But VirtualBox fails like so:

I've no idea whats going on. Is there another new "security" feature of MacOS
in the way?
FWIW: sip is disabled:
:> csrutil status
System Integrity Protection status: disabled.
The problem first shows up on BuildVersion 19F94a, the latest beta.
