you meant you want to install the guest addition?
if that's the case, why don't you scp it (VBoxGuestAddition iso) to your vm?
after you had enbled sshd on that vm, just scp it from your host. E.g. the
vm's interface IP is 172.16.190.128
$ scp /usr/share/virtualbox/VBoxGuestAdditions.iso [email protected]
