have installation running three virtual machines on Windows 7. Obviously, I
need
to back them up and I assume the processes shut them down, make copies of the
entire virtual box hierarchy, and then start them back up. Since I'm using
vboxctrl to control the virtual machines instead of the normal GUI, I'm trying
to figure out how to shut everything down using vboxctrl in a batch file (using
whatever passes for cron in Windows). Any ideas? Am I going at backups the
wrong
way?
