Unfortunatley you need to provide more detail.  Are the computers on
the same (V)LAN?  Are they behind a public IP?  At first blush, this
doesn't seem to be a VBox question but a networking question along
with remote access.  In other words, was this ever working in a
non-virtual environment?  If so, please provide details.  The above
information is unfortunately too sparse.
