Another GUI, that supports multi-host VBox hosting is GNS3. (www.gns3.net)
It supports controlling multiple VBox hosts from one GUI, and network
between them, but nothing more... (no power mgmt, no live migration,
...)

If you dislike it, you'll have to write own scripts.
