VirtualBox as such has no support to start a VM using SystemV, let alone 
SystemD. However there are third parties that use SystemV (init) scripts to 
start a VM with VirtualBox. Currently you can use these scripts too with 
SystemD to start a VM. To start a VM in VirtualBox purely in SystemD means 
that these SystemV scripts need equivalents in SystemD to be developed. I 
assume this is not too complicated, but someone need to do it.

I assume that VirtualBox will put some development in the design to load the 
modules like vboxdrv with pure SystemD tools and also guest-tools in the 
guest.
