Hey guys. Whichever solution works for the user is probably the best solution. For me personally, doing the shared folder solution would be best, but I've certainly seen some times it was difficult to make it work, so for some other user, using the USB drive might be easier and consequently better.
"Best," "better," or "worse" are all judgements that are different on a personal basis, based on what the individual cares about. There need not be any extreme or absolute better or best.
