Well, they'll take your money at least. But I don't know about the "support" half of the equation. ;-) I do pay for the Oracle Extensions license, which technically comes with "support." No I haven't tried that yet. I have very low hopes. I think the main reason you pay for it is to be compliant with the terms of the PUEL. I expect "support" extends only to the Oracle Extensions and not to Virtualbox itself. I expect the "support" person doesn't know anything about computers. But I guess I can't dismiss it without at least trying once. > Have you tried the VirtualBox forums? I have used it before, but not this specific question. It seems to me, much less active than the mailing list. Mostly just because people by default don't get notifications to respond to other peoples' questions. The only way you become a regular contributor there is to be a prowler. Or find the mysterious checkbox that subscribes you to all new conversations, which I believe, most people don't do. Again, I guess I'll have to give it a shot before I dismiss the possibility of finding help there. So, thanks for both the suggestions. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Master Visual Studio, SharePoint, SQL, ASP.NET, C# 2012, HTML5, CSS, MVC, Windows 8 Apps, JavaScript and much more.
