Yes. It never shows up. Plug-n-play never kicks in when a device is plugged in. It shows up and works on the Mac side. I have tried NOT installing it on the Mac and only on Windows still nothing. The result has been the same for several brands (and their respective drivers) of usb/serial dongles.
