According to: http://www.cpu-world.com/CPUs/Bulldozer/AMD-FX-Series%20FX-4100.html your processor does indeed support hardware virtualisation, assuming that the above url describes your processor. As far as where to look for hardware virtualisation in BIOS, I'm not sure. I've read that may be disabled by default in some cases, but never had to go and find out how to enable it myself. Hopefully someone else will be able to help you more. Ultimately, looking at the output of /proc/cpuinfo will tell you whether hardware virtualisation is enabled. I can't remember off the top of my head what flag you want to look for with AMD. I think it shows up as VTX, but I do stand to be corrected on that.
