It was not that, because version 4.3.10 also had problem. But I discovered,
that
changing
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\{00020424-0000-0000-C000-000000000046}\InprocServer32
(Default) value from oleaut32.dll to C:\Windows\system32\oleaut32.dll solved
the
problem completly.
