This is known issue. the IO-APIC has been changed due to various bugs
but also introduce breakage.
Meanwhile, you can:
- Revert back to 5.0.20
OR
- Disable IO-APIC for the VM - only works if configured with 1 CPU
OR
- Use the latest test builds which rollback the code:
