I'm not sure if this is a Windows 10 issue or a VirtualBox issue.
I have a Ubuntu host running Windows 10 guest (and I've updated to the
latest version of VirtualBox, v. 5.0.24). Whenever I make the VM full
screen on my HP Pavilion 21.5-Inch IPS LED HDMI VGA Monitor, the graphics
driver crashes and reverts to the basic driver with a small resolution.
I can get away with manually sizing the VM window to a little over half of
the width of the screen before it crashes.
When it crashes, the display goes dark and hangs for several seconds before
it reverts to the basic Windows graphics driver.
It works fine otherwise, in full screen mode on both my laptop and on a
different external monitor.
What could be causing the issue, and what information / logs / debugging
information do I need to send you guys to help me track this down?
