I am away from my office and that machine for the next week, but I will try
when I return (I don't want to try it on my laptop while on the road).

What changed? From my logs, I see that I tried installing 6.0.8 on May
22nd, the day before the announcement that the install should work. Today's
downloaded file is the same name, same size, and same checksums as before.
Did Apple insert an OS patch and not tell me? (It took several days for me
to get onto this list. I have checked the downloads page every day since
May 22nd. Had there been a new version number, or some note about a change,
I would have downloaded it and tried the install.)
