<https://www.virtualbox.org/wiki/Bugtracker> I've installed win10 in a virtual machine a few months ago, and had no problems. I'll download the iso image you're using to see if I can reproduce the issue. Which version of virtualbox are you using 6.1.16r140961? > > On 12/8/20 3:58 PM, Gregory Nowak wrote: > >On Tue, Dec 08, 2020 at 04:07:20AM -0700, Brad Bell wrote: > >>El Torito VD version 1 found, boot catalog is in sector 22 > >>NO Joliet present > >>NO Rock Ridge present > >>Eltorito validation header: > >> Hid 1 > >> Arch 0 (x86) > >> ID 'Microsoft Corporation' > >> Key 55 AA > >> Eltorito defaultboot header: > >> Bootid 88 (bootable) > >> Boot media 0 (No Emulation Boot) > >> Load segment 0 > >> Sys type 0 > >> Nsect 8 > >> Bootoff 200 512 > >As long as you've attached this iso to the guest's DVD drive and made > >that drive bootable before the disk drive, this looks like it should > >boot. Rather than trying to boot the iso from a share, can you copy it to the host itself, change the guest settings to point at the local iso file, and try it again?
