It sounds to me like the broad legalese terms of service used by all big corporations. I hope someone from Oracle takes a look into it, if that´s a concern. I will see what I can do about that. But realistically speaking, I don´t think any corporation is going to sue you for including an assumed name in a web form to report bugs.
