I would suggest you wait a short while, I suspect someone will likely package it up. Unfortunately to compile something like that for Windows requires (I suspect) the developer spends money on the development tools from Microsoft. For Linux it's easy because the development tools are free and easy to install. Alternatively contact a local Windows user group, or ask on one of the microsoft development newsgroups for someone who can compile it for you.
