Hello, I'm using vbox on ubuntu 6.10 and I have problmes mounting an usb
flash device (2gb flash drive)
$ ls -la /dev/sda1
brwxrwxrwx 1 root plugdev 8, 1 2007-02-19 23:25 /dev/sda1
$ id
uid=1000(meph) gid=1000(meph) groups=1000(meph),46(plugdev)
I pluged in my device and umounted it because I use pmount so that vbox
could use it like in manual says.. then I configured my virtual machine (I
run Windows XP) and added at the usb section my usb device.. I get this
error:
Not permitted to open the USB device, check usbfs options.
