Yes, you should copy the machines folder too. Be aware however, that
you can't register the vm config file, if it has drives attached. So,
you need to remove the virtual hd, as well as any isos you might have
attached before you backup the xml file in the machines folder, if you
expect to be able to reregister the machine later.
