He does not want to resize, just to use a static resolution. Like in the 
nineties,
when there was no RandR. That is how I understood it.

Hello Lawrence,

This is not yet possible, as it would require resize and rotate (RandR)
support to be added to the VirtualBox graphics driver.  This will happen
sometime, but it is currently not a priority.  Anyone wishing to speed
up the process is welcome to send a patch of course.
