Installation and execution of VirtualBox on my Windows XP host went
well. But when I configure a virtual machine to use a CD drive the
following error appears:
Could not load the Host USB Proxy Service (VERR_FILE_NOT_FOUND).The
service might be not installed on the host computer.

E_FAIL (0x80004005)

When I start a virtual machine the following error appears so that I am
not able to execute any virtual machine.
VirtualBox kernel driver not installed.
VBox status code: -1908 (VERR_VM_DRIVER_NOT_INSTALLED).

Therefore VirtualBox is not working for me. How could I achieve to
execute VirtualBox properly?
