You were right! The Downloaded version from original UBUNTU site
seems to malfunction (downloaded twice and the same problem again).
I had not checked the hash value to tell you the truth.

I did try older version of UBUNTU in 2 systems and everything ok
I even tried the Novell SUSE edition!

Everything ok
Time for some NAGIOS learning now!!!

If he has read errors on a mounted ISO image, surely the first thing 
to determine is if the ISO was corrupted when downloading?  This is 
one of the reasons why I like to acquire ISO images using the torrent 
approach (if possible) rather than simply grabbing them off a site and 
downloading.  The built-in checksumming will ensure that the ISO is 
good to go before it gets mounted/burned to CD-R.
