Subject: [vbox-users] Problems when installing Solaris 10 guest on a
WindowsVista host

Hi all

I don't know if you guys are facing this problem but I couldn't found a
solution to this so that's why I'm sending the problem here

I'm running Vbox 2.1.4 (last version) in a Windows Vista Home Premium
machine.

I'm trying to install Solaris 10 in the VM but the program is crashing
after this:

 > Using install cd in /dev/dsk/c0t0d0p0
 > Using RPC Bootparams for network configuration information
 > Attempting to configure interface e1000g0...
 > Skipped interface e1000g0

And then, I need to restart VirtualBox.

I've tried these 3 install options and got the same problem:

1. Solaris Interactive (default)
2. Solaris Interactive Text (Desktop session)
3. Solaris Interactive Text (Console session)

Please help.

Thank You
