The problem is most likely that you didn't attach a boot medium
to the VM, for example a CDROM which should install your guest OS.
After creating a VM, the first start wizard you have told you
that you need to attach a CDROM image.

Your virtual hard disk simply lacks of an operating system.
And, btw, don't post screenshots to this list. Better use the
VBox forum for asking such questions:
