The short answer is "no".
NAT's dhcp server even doesn't open socket to listen dhcp ports, so there're no possibility to catch dhcp datatgrams flying in the network. Instead HAT's dhcp server intercepts  datagrams  that  arriving  from  guest  and  process if they've got required attributes (destinational and source ports).
