From your last post I know you are talking about a Mac OSX host, which
has an apple/command-key, which is used for a lot of OSX-commands, like
switching windows.

Unfortunately all keyboard commands are "stolen" by the guest if it has
the focus. You could use the command key as "host key" to switch back
from the VM, but when I tried it you had to press *and* release the key,
before it worked, so you would have to press

COMMAND COMMAND+TAB to switch windows.

Maybe someone else can help.
