This has nothing to do with the Linux distribution. This error code just means that the version of the kernel driver does not match the version of VirtualBox. Sorry for the stupid error message. /etc/init.d/vboxdrv setup should solve your problem. And please make sure that you remove any *ose* package (virtualbox-ose, ose modules).
