Sorry I wasn't complete on my initial post:

   Host O/S:  openSUSE 11.0
   Guest O/S: WinXP SP3

That's correct.  I use Putty in the VM to my Host O/S to set up
port-forwarding.  This allows me to use my Host O/S to get through the VPN.

> What kind of client is this: Cisco- compatible or openvpn?

It's truely a Cisco VPN client.
