I'm not quite sure what you mean when you say "let more than one
person use it"; do you mean more than one person having access to
virtual machine image across a network so they can load it up on their
local client or do you mean multiple network users having access to
the same running guest os (xp) on the fedora host?

For the later I would suggest trying the Remote Desk Protocol within
Windows as this allows mutiple people to be working on the same
machine concurrently or for the former, network shares?
