Hello,

Is there any of you using Arch Linux as a guest OS ?

Before I ask for help, let me post some networking related experience,
which a new Arch Linux user on VirtualBox may find useful. I found that,
by default Arch Linux has its Ethernet statically configured. This
basically means, that the VirtualBox NAT won't work out of the box. So,
you will have to configure the Ethernet iface to be DHCP enabled, as
instructed in
http://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Configuring_network#For_DHCP_IP.
After this, I found VBox networking smoothly.

Now, coming to my query: I have installed the Guest additions, but I
still do not get a "proper" Full-screen. I haven't installed any X or
desktop environment. Its just a console mode Arch Linux installation. Is that the reason?

Best,
-Amit
