How do I tell VB to remove/drop/forget about the iso?

An iso image that was loaded no longer exists - the underlying file was
deleted. On startup VB puts up a dialog box that the iso image in
inaccessible. Vitual Media Manager shows the inaccessible iso. But I
can't delete or remove it.
