Hi Bruce. A complete reinstall of the guest OS? That seems like a wee bit overkill. ;)
I get a similar message sometimes after I disconnect my laptop from my docking station (although mine is complaining about a 2nd network device.) I just go into the settings for the VM and disable that network device. (Maybe the 3.0.6 update will fix that. :) You could do the same thing for the 2nd hard drive (that is, disable it in the settings.) BTW, nice name. /_/_/_/_/_/_/_/_/_/_/_/_/_/_/_/_/_/_/_/_/_/_/_/_/_/_ Tom McArthur Lotus Notes/Domino Developer/Administrator CLP (Certified Lotus Professional) Domino R5 Admin & Development CLP (Certified Lotus Professional) Domino R6 Admin & Development Interesting links: Lotus Notes/Domino FAQ Free (and safe) Computer security information Free Internet Security: WOT warns you about risky websites Scams, Hoaxes and Urban Legends: please check here or here before you forward that "warning" to everyone in your contact list. ----- [email protected] wrote: > Send vbox-users mailing list submissions to > [email protected] > > To subscribe or unsubscribe via the World Wide Web, visit > http://vbox.innotek.de/mailman/listinfo/vbox-users > or, via email, send a message with subject or body 'help' to > [email protected] > > You can reach the person managing the list at > [email protected] > > When replying, please edit your Subject line so it is more specific > than "Re: Contents of vbox-users digest..." > > > Today's Topics: > > 1. 20090909VB -- Recovering Guest Data (Bruce MacArthur) > 2.
