This isn't possible under virtualbox, you'll need to do that in your
host system. Alternatively, you could make an iso of the dvd you want
to read from, and burn a dvd in the guest system from the iso you created.

Yup, virtualbox only allows you to pass one cd/dvd drive from host to guest.
