Hello, Frank --
I was CERTAIN that there was a specifically identified password prompt and 
that I had responded accordingly.  I have verified that now.  Sadly, my 
results are the same -- nothing!

Perhaps I should ensure that you realize that, when I tried to get the 
"Details", my system hung.  I could do NOTHING with it -- except to 
power-down and "cold-boot".  Since that point, I have NOT tried again to 
download and install.  I do not know whether (then how) that makes a 
difference, but it is only fair that I inform you of the entire 
situation!

So, what more can I do to be helpful?
