Dear community

Does Vbox allow running and supporting (visualization may during
openGL) a Windows XP simulator (with an USB device) on an Linux host?

1 -- I do not know what you mean by the word "supporting".
2 -- VirtualBox has NOTHING to do with "visualization".
3 -- VirtualBox is NOT "simulation" (or "emulation"); licensed OS's are required. 4 -- Therefore, as James Bensley has said, "I don't understand your question."

HOWEVER, I am running Kubuntu Jaunty (9.04). Within that host environment, I am running VirtualBox-OSE with a single guest. That guest OS is Windows XP Pro. My USB devices are equally accessible under Jaunty and under WindowsXP.

You certainly DON'T run VirtualBox OSE, because that does not have USB support.

Thanks in advance
