This is not a VirtualBox's issue. Maybe uTorrent stresses the VM by
consuming all the CPU and memory on Windows XP. Check Windows and
VirtualBox messages logs to keep on eye on uTorrent.

You can also try to set up uTorrent by limiting the bandwidth, number
of connections, etc., in order to avoid crasing your VM.
