I also have problem with adapter after updating from v 3.0.10 to 3.1.0, adapter apparently not recognized.

Host: OpenSolaris 200906/127 Guest: Solaris Nevada snv_125 vb 3.0.10 uninstalled without error and 3.1.0 installed without error. I have rolled back system to 3.0.10 so have no additional info at this time.
