Well, this isn't really a VirtualBox problem, it's more of a Vista problem, 
but in case someone else has the same problem, this is how I solved it.

Go into Computer Management > Storage > Disk Management. Right click on the 
drive (in my case, it was the CD/DVD drive) where you'll get an option to 
change its drive letter. Simple :)
