What is the benefit of doing bridged in this complicated way http://www.virtualbox.org/wiki/Advanced_Networking_Linux
when you can just do bridged by opening vbox > select a VM > settings > network > attached to Bridged > name eth0 > advanced adapter type PCnet-FAST III. Then just launch the VM and set all network configuration in the same manner as you would a RM on the same network. This is what I have done for one VM and it works. What is the risk in doing it the way I described? _______________________________________________ vbox-users mailing list [email protected] http://vbox.innotek.de/mailman/listinfo/vbox-users
