Hello,
I been at the situation for about 2 week. I installed qmail 1.03 + vpopmail
4.9.5.
I created the domain from the command line
./vadddomain mynewdomain.com ******
No problem
I see the domain it created in /var/vpopmail/domains/mynewdomain.com
I added a user using the command line
./vadduser [EMAIL PROTECTED]
No problem
I see the user it created in /var/vpopmail/domains/mynewdomain.com/egreer,
but when I try to send mail to [EMAIL PROTECTED] the mail get queued
and not delivered to the user.
I checked the /var/qmail/user/assign and it only has the entry for the
virtual domain and not for the virtual user.
When I add the virtual user using -
./vadduser egreer mynewdomain.com (it doesn't prompt me for a passowrd)but
it creates a user in the /var/vpopmail/users and it updates the
/var/qmail/user/assign file and I can send mail to it no problem.
it shows up in the /var/vpopmail/users/egreer/Maildir/new
Can someone please shed some light on me.
