VQSignup - Blank Page Problem

Hey All
Using VQsignup, Works GReat except the confimation page is blank. No errors
or anything, but get a White blank page. Permissions seem correct and the
files in the .conf exist.

Please Help, this is the final stroke to my masterpiece ;)
